MUU COFFEE Sake Coffee - Goodness is like Water (Drip Bag)
What is wine coffee?
Wine coffee is made by soaking green coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the flavor of the alcohol to the green beans, and then roasting them to create "wine-flavored coffee beans."
About sake brewing
The sake used in the brewery comes from Shirataki Shuzo, which has a brewery in Yuzawa Town, Minamiuonuma District, Niigata Prefecture. The brewery was founded in 1855. Using purified water and carefully selected rice, the brewery consistently strives to keep pace with the times in its sake brewing. Its flagship brand, "Shangshan Rushui," is renowned for its "soft, clear, water-like" flavor.
[About the sake used]
"Shangshan Rushui" is Shirataki Brewery's signature Junmai Ginjo sake. Brewed with melted snowwater, it boasts a soft flavor, elegant aroma, and a clear taste. It's beloved by many for its lightness, lack of odor, and compatibility with food.
[The taste of sake coffee]
The soft and delicate aroma of "The highest good is like water" is gently transferred to the coffee beans during the roasting process. The light taste and long-lasting aftertaste are reminiscent of Japanese sake.
