"Fellows Farms" is one of their collaborative projects: Inmaculada uses their top-tier post-processing techniques and equipment to assist smallholder farmers in the neighboring Cauca department in processing high-quality Geisha cherries. In short, it's the "expertise of a famous estate" combined with the "terroir of selected smallholder farms."

The owner of GLITCH COFFEE, who is both a barista and roaster, is Mr. Suzuki Kiyokawa, the 2014 AeroPress Japan Champion. In order to maximize the flavor and layer of the fruits in the beans, he not only uses high-quality beans cultivated in reputable farms.
