GLITCH COLOMBIA La Loma Whiskey Barrel Natural
This year, we brought another batch of high-quality coffee from La Loma Farm, a farm that continues to create new flavors with its innovative processing methods.
This batch of coffee is called "Whiskey Barrel Natural" and is aged in real whiskey barrels.
To brew this coffee, we select beans with high sugar content and ferment them with a small amount of whiskey in a fermentation tank with 10 microorganisms made from wheat, sorghum, corn and other ingredients. After that, the coffee rests in the cellar for 20 days and then ages in oak barrels used for whiskey brewing for 30 days.
Enjoy a rich rum-like aroma, sweet notes of vanilla and chocolate, and a smooth finish.
