Apollon's Gold ETHIOPIA Kokose
Kokose is back! This is our second purchase of a Kokose regional batch, guided by our friends, baristas Eliyas/Elto. Unlike last year's batch, we believe this batch represents the typical flavor profile of the popular 74158 variety from the Bensa region.
I anticipate the fragrance of peaches, guavas, and melons, accompanied by the subtle scent of violets.
Degassing methods
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days. Our coffee typically reaches its peak around 45 and 60 days after roasting, and is best enjoyed between these times and 90 days.
Our full roasting method results in an unusually long degassing time, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be able to enjoy its deliciousness.
*Please ensure that the coffee is not vacuum-packed or frozen during the degassing process.
