Days Coffee Roaster COLOMBIA MILAN NIU

Sale price HK$196.00 Regular price $280.00

This coffee uses a very unique "Culturing Process," which is the second time Days Coffee has introduced it, and many people may remember it well.

This technique is derived from dairy fermentation—for example, adding lactic acid bacteria (Starter Culture) to raw milk, which then ferments to become cheese or yogurt. In this coffee, natural ingredients such as pineapple, coconut, and sugarcane are fermented together with lactic acid bacteria (Starter Culture) for more than 8 days.

"NIU" means "coconut" in Hawaiian. This coffee lives up to its name, with a smooth, creamy sweetness reminiscent of coconut, accompanied by flavors of tropical fruits such as pineapple, banana, orange, and passion fruit. Its rich fruity aroma and full-bodied sweetness transport you to a tropical island—a super tropical paradise!

Although the flavor is very "Funky" and full of personality, the overall balance is very good. It is a coffee that is fun to drink and makes people happy just by opening the package!
The moment it's ground, a mysterious aroma is released—it even smells a bit like the famous rice crackers from Niigata Prefecture! It makes you want to smile: "Happiness is back!"

Suggested way to drink it : Black coffee is interesting on its own, but when paired with milk, it transforms into a rich and smooth sweetness, like butterscotch.

Highly recommended! This is a delightful and captivating coffee; you absolutely must try it!
