townsfolk coffee TANZANIA Kanji Lalji

Sale price HK$220.00

It has a rich hazelnut flavor and a rounded mouthfeel with a citrus aftertaste.

In brick-and-mortar stores, it is also used as a base for espresso blends, where its rich taste and aromatic sweetness go perfectly with milk. Recommended for everyday coffee.

Kanji Lalji Farm is one of the oldest farms in southern Tanzania. They are committed to low-environmental-impact agricultural production, such as using a device called an "eco-pulper" to remove cherry pulp, thereby saving water resources and limiting the use of chemical fertilizers. The farm soil is sandy loam and red soil, and mainly grows the local variety "N39".

Tan Sanya has attracted much attention because of the high enthusiasm of small and medium-sized producers in recent years and the rapid improvement in quality. The relatively low price is also a major attraction.

About townsfolk coffee

townsfolk coffee is located in the center of Kanazawa, right in front of a lush park. Large windows offer views of the city and changing seasons.

The owner accumulated work experience in specialty coffee shops in Tokyo and Copenhagen, Denmark, and opened this store in July 2020. They only produce high-quality coffee with unique flavors, and they strive to blend the best of Japan and Denmark to deliver delicious coffee.

Scandinavian coffees tend to get the spotlight for being lightly roasted, but they excel at recognizing the potential of each coffee and creating flavors that express it in the most appealing balance possible. At townsfolk coffee, they follow Nordic roasting methods to create authentic Nordic roasted coffee with a taste that even Japanese people can easily relate to.
