For a rich and sweet flavor
Thickness-2: 0.22 mm thickness, density: medium double-sided crepe (density: low crepe)
This paper has a "double-sided crepe" texture, but the density of the crepe is set relatively low. The water flow is steady in the first half of the brewing process, then abruptly stops in the second half. This initial rapid, then slow flow gives the coffee a full-bodied flavor and sweetness.
