This new filter cup cleverly combines the flower shape and trapezoidal filter cups that embody the CAFEC brewing concept, further improving the FLOWER series. Its flower-shaped rib design allows the coffee grounds to fully expand, and the unique trapezoidal structure makes it easier to lock in water, thereby fully extracting the flavor of the coffee beans. In addition, the rib design at the bottom of the filter cup and the different numbers of bottom filter holes according to the size of the filter cup effectively prevent over-extraction at the bottom. In addition, the filter cup is made of environmentally friendly Tritan material, which further improves safety. Enjoy the mellow and rich coffee and enjoy your own exclusive brewing method.

CAFEC has been developing its filter series with the combination of flower-shaped ribs and a cone as the core, as the ideal form that embodies CAFEC's brewing theory. However, we also realized that there is a great demand for trapezoidal filters, a traditional filter that has been popular both in Japan and abroad. Flower-shaped ribs × trapezoid? We dared to try this unknown combination, but in order to bring a new experience to coffee lovers and for the pride of our own brand (which has developed many innovative filters that break the traditional framework), we decided to develop the "oval flower-shaped filter".
During the development process, we carefully adjusted the height of the ribs at the bottom of the filter cup in tiny units that are barely noticeable to the naked eye, maximizing the characteristics of the flower-shaped ribs to achieve smooth coffee extraction. We also pursued the best angle so that the filter cup can fit the filter paper and form a deep filter for the coffee grounds. After many trials, the "oval flower-shaped filter cup" was finally completed.
With the addition of the "Oval Flower Drip Coffee Maker", the Flower Series comes to a successful conclusion.

What are the advantages of flower shape?
A major feature of FLOWER DRIPPER is its flower-shaped ribs. These ribs are formed by the grooves of the filter cup, ensuring that an air layer is formed between the filter cup and the filter paper, allowing fresh coffee grounds to diffuse freely. In addition, the linear ribs extending from the flower-shaped ribs to the bottom of the filter cup act like channels leading to the bottom holes, making coffee extraction smoother.

Key point 1: Two types of ribs support smooth pulling out <br>The ribs can allow the coffee powder to fully expand, allowing water to penetrate into all parts of the coffee powder and then extract the coffee liquid.
The linear ribs on the bottom create a path for the coffee liquid to flow to the bottom holes.

Point 2: Bottom hole to control brewing speed 1. The filter cup has two sizes: 101 (for 1-2 cups) and 102 (for 2-4 cups). The number of holes at the bottom of the filter cup will be adjusted according to the size to achieve the appropriate brewing speed. 101 uses less coffee powder and has only one filter hole, making the coffee drip slowly. 102 uses more coffee powder and has two filter holes, making the coffee drip relatively quickly to avoid extracting unpleasant flavors.

Point 3: Suitable for CAFEC filter paper
As the name "FLOWER DRIPPER OVAL" suggests, this dripper is slightly oval when viewed from above. This is achieved by minimizing the angle of the dripper as much as possible without affecting the fit with the CAFEC filter paper, thus ensuring deep filtration even with the trapezoidal design.
