This exceptional Caturra coffee undergoes a 120-hour anaerobic cold fermentation process, resulting in a cup bursting with aromas of grapes, hints of daisy and bittersweet molasses. Every sip reveals the essence of Cordilleran terroir, reflecting the dedication and expertise of our sourcing partner, world-renowned SCA coffee expert John Vaz Matias.
"Degassing method"
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days.
Our full range of roasting methods can result in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be ready to enjoy it.
