Refund policy

M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA does not accept any order cancellations. Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold in their original factory condition.

We are committed to handling every item with the utmost care and rigor. In exceptional circumstances, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items. To do so, please email us at cs@m3coffee.hk with a detailed explanation of your reason for the request.

M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all returns and exchanges.
