Your use of this website is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site. By using this website or any part thereof, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Online Shopping

Thank you for supporting M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA. All orders are processed through our online store system and inspected individually by our staff. Each transaction requires a minimum of 2 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

Please note that M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA reserves all rights regarding sales, including but not limited to: discontinuing the sale of specific items or cancelling orders. Any orders cancelled by M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment must be completed in full before any order is dispatched. M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA accepts online payments via credit cards and e-wallets. All payment data is processed directly by Shopify using SSL encryption technology; M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA does not directly handle this information.

· Credit Cards: We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. After entering your payment details (including credit card number, expiry date, and CVV/CVC), please verify the information before clicking "Pay Now" to complete the transaction.

· E-Wallets: We support Apple Pay and Google Pay. To speed up the checkout process, please ensure your card details are saved on your mobile device or browser prior to the transaction.

Duties and Taxes

Product prices on the M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA online store do not include any duties or taxes. M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import procedures, or customs clearance for international orders. The customer (payer/recipient) is solely responsible for handling these procedures and settling any required payments. We strongly advise you to review the local tax laws and regulations of your country or region before placing an order.

International Shipping

M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA utilizes professional couriers or express delivery companies to handle logistics. International shipping typically takes 7 to 14 days. Our staff uses ample packaging materials to protect your items and minimize the risk of damage during transit. As noted above, we are not responsible for international duties, taxes, or customs procedures; customers must manage these and cover any associated costs independently.

Returns and Exchanges

M3 COFFEE & ZAKKA does not accept any order cancellations. Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold in their original factory condition.

We treat every item with the utmost care. In exceptional circumstances, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt by emailing cs@m3coffee.hk. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request in the email.
