• This is Lonich,'s first Signature Blend.

When people hear the term "Blend," they often associate it with characteristics like mildness, popularity, or complexity. However, for us, a blend is not merely a technique to achieve these qualities; it's a vehicle for expressing the Lonich, brand identity and philosophy.

In developing this inaugural signature blend, we established three core guiding principles: Simple, Elegant, and Refined.

We experimented with various blending approaches, including combining the intensely flavored Geisha with innovatively processed Infused coffees. After countless iterations and trials, we ultimately returned to an extremely pure concept: blending different varietals from the same estate.

This blend combines Typica and Bourbon – two ancient varietals that are the very roots of coffee. Through their combination, we strive to create a coffee that is pure yet complex, clearly presenting Lonich,'s refined and sophisticated worldview.

• Typica: Features bright acidity and a mild, smooth mouthfeel.
• Bourbon: Contains a deeper sweetness, with a long finish and a solid structure.

Through carefully proportioned blending and precise roasting, these flavor elements perfectly merge, interweaving into a taste experience that is both pure and complex.
