QOL COFFEE COLOMBIA Pedro Muniel El Proceso

Sale price HK$300.00

This batch of coffee beans is produced in Huila Province The "El Proceso" farm in Gigante is a Rosé Bourbon. Producer Pedro Muniel has dedicated his life to producing high-quality coffee. I first encountered these beans through local leader François Hollande. He handed me a sample of dried beans and said, "I'd love for you to taste them." As soon as I saw them, I knew this was clearly a special batch.

"Great! I have to get it right away."

I still vividly remember the sense of urgency I felt. Even before cupping, I knew this coffee was special. The quality of the beans I cupped on site far exceeded my expectations.

In recent years, Pink Bourbon has been compared to its closest genetic relative, Geisha, and this batch clearly demonstrates the unique characteristics of Geisha. EI Proceso Bourbon coffee beans not only have a gorgeous and elegant aroma, but also a unique fruity aroma that blends perfectly with a soft sweetness.

This is a special pink bourbon that almost surpasses Geisha Coffee beans. I hope everyone can experience the excitement and shock of their first encounter.
