The Los Nogales farm, with an 80-year history, has been run by the Hernández family and is now in its fifth generation.
In 2005, they won the first Cup of Excellence competition held in Colombia, making them famous all over the world.

The Sudan Rume variety originated in South Sudan and is believed to have ancestral roots in Ethiopia. In recent years, it has gained significant attention due to its use by world barista champions.

Raw Sugar Roast was founded by Mr. Masashi Oda, who has accumulated many years of experience in roasting coffee shops at home and abroad. He and the chief roaster Mr. Yuya Kosakata, who has been a barista for about 10 years, have the same philosophy. Established in Tokyo in 2019. It started as a wholesaler of baked beans and opened a baking shop near Tokyo Haneda Airport in the spring of 2021. Raw Sugar Roast uses Giesen roasters made in the Netherlands. "Improving coffee quality" is the goal we have been pursuing since its establishment.
