RESTFOLK Shigaraki ceramic bowl - black
Shigaraki ware is mainly produced in Shigaraki Town, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, and is one of the six old kilns in Japan. Originally, this was the place where high-quality clay was produced, giving baked products a simple appearance, softness and warmth. Enjoy the chic and beautiful Shigaraki ware produced by RESTFOLK.
The vessels are made by hand, and the temperature and humidity during the firing process, as well as the differences in firing methods, are constantly changing depending on the location of the kiln. Therefore, even if baked in the same process, there will be individual differences in color and texture.
