When you hear "anaerobic fermentation," you might imagine an intense fermented flavor, but this coffee is completely free of that.
It boasts a mellow flavor with rich fruit notes, featuring layered aromas of orange, peach, apricot, and cantaloupe, while the jasmine fragrance characteristic of Geisha coffee is even more prominent.
This coffee is perfect for savoring slowly in a wine glass, like a dessert drink.
This coffee was unveiled at the 2025 SCAJ venue and is not available for sale in stores.
