Apollon's Gold NICARAGUA San Jose
Another gem from Nicaragua – a premium wine from Wingo – is back on the shelves.
They employ natural winemaking techniques to perfectly enhance the natural flavor of the Pacamara grape variety: Pacamara is known for its rich tropical character, similar to Muscat grapes.
This San Jose wine features sweet Muscat grape flavors, followed by violet aromas and a bright mango finish.
Degassing methods
We recommend degassing the coffee for at least 45 days, with 60 to 90 days post-roasting being optimal.
Our comprehensive roasting method results in an exceptionally long degassing time, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you can enjoy its deliciousness.
*Please ensure that the coffee is not vacuum-sealed or frozen before it is fully degassed.
