Savor a rare and remarkable creation from a true veteran of the specialty coffee world. This exceptional batch was meticulously cultivated by producer Isaac Flores, who boasts over 40 years of experience in specialty coffee cultivation, and marks the first market introduction of the highly anticipated SL9 varietal.

This varietal has earned the moniker "Incan Geisha" due to its striking resemblance to Geisha in both appearance and flavor profile. However, recent genetic research has unveiled its true origins – unlike SL28, which is a Bourbon mutation, SL9's lineage actually stems directly from the precious Ethiopian Legacy group.

These exceptionally dense and hard beans, when brewed, yield a flavor that perfectly blends the bright vibrancy of tropical fruits with delicate and elegant notes, creating a unique and unforgettable coffee experience.

Reasons not to miss it: It's rare to find a coffee that so perfectly balances such rich tropical fruit flavors with the delicate rose-like aroma of a Geisha. For enthusiasts eager to explore the forefront of coffee genetics and flavor, this SL9 is undoubtedly a beautiful new discovery.

"Degassing Method"
We recommend that this coffee be degassed for at least 30 days. Our coffee products typically reach their flavor peak around day 45.

＊Please note that vacuum sealing or refrigerating should not be done before the coffee beans are fully degassed.
