The owner of the farm was once the chief judge of COE and is the first coffee farm in Nicaragua to adopt the sun-dried method. This farm, which won the runner-up of the "Cup of Excellence", also invented a new special processing method called "Funky Natural".
This coffee is roasted to have a unique flavor. It is neither natural nor anaerobic, and the acidity further highlights its unique flavor.
As the temperature drops, you can also taste the honey-like sweetness.
