Flower drippers maintain a deep filter layer by causing hot water convection from the center to the outside. To avoid flavors getting into the coffee, the hot water needs to flow more smoothly. After years of research, CAFEC finally arrived at the ideal flower shape that meets these conditions. By allowing the hot water to flow smoothly, not letting it pool inside the dripper, and pouring an equal amount of water from the top of the dripper to the amount of water flowing out from the bottom, we managed to brew perfect coffee without any unpleasant taste.
