This is a special washed process coffee bean that has undergone three fermentations!
The entire processing is very meticulous:

First Stage Fermentation: Selected coffee cherries undergo 96 hours of anaerobic fermentation in their whole cherry state.

Second Stage Fermentation: After pulping, a second 72-hour anaerobic fermentation immediately follows.

Third Stage and Washing: Finally, the coffee beans are immersed in water for 24 hours to break down the mucilage, then thoroughly washed and dried.
It is this series of precise fermentation steps that gives it rich, juicy tropical fruit flavors, while perfectly retaining the refreshing cleanliness (Clean Cup) unique to washed processes. It's an absolutely unique flavor!
