GLITCH Coffee COLOMBIA Risaralda San Rafael
This is a new coffee from the Risaralda province, which has fostered a diverse coffee culture.
The coffee processing process described here involves carefully separating fully ripe coffee beans and processing them at precisely controlled temperatures. After depulping, the pulp is allowed to oxidize for 10-12 hours and then transferred to a bioreactor where it is combined with a starter culture and yeast.
A new coffee has been revealed that turns our traditional ideas about coffee on their head, with a variety of fruity flavors.
It’s reminiscent of a fruit basket, with flavors like melon, pear, and green apple, and you can enjoy its textures as it changes with temperature and aging.
