Raw Sugar Roast was founded by Mr. Masashi Oda, who has accumulated many years of experience in roasting coffee shops at home and abroad. He and the chief roaster Mr. Yuya Kosakata, who has been a barista for about 10 years, have the same philosophy. Established in Tokyo in 2019. It started as a wholesaler of baked beans and opened a baking shop near Tokyo Haneda Airport in the spring of 2021.
