MUU COFFEE Sake Coffee - Whiskey
[What is wine coffee]
Wine coffee is "wine-flavored coffee beans" made by soaking green coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the flavor of alcohol to the green beans, and then roasting them.
[About the brewery]
The brewer is Honbo Sake Brewery, established in 1872.
We value the value generated by the environment, climate and culture of each region. We are developing an alcoholic beverage business rooted in communities across Japan, including Satsuma City, Kagoshima Prefecture, where we were founded. Responsible for the production and sales of authentic soju, whiskey, wine and other global alcoholic beverage categories.
[Alcohol used]
We use the blended whiskey "TWIN ALPS" of the domestic whiskey brand "Mars Whiskey" produced by Honbo Sake Factory.
The name "TWIN ALPS" comes from the fact that it is produced at the Mars Komagatake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture, which is surrounded by two Alps (the Central Alps and the Southern Alps). It is made with high-quality water pumped 120 meters underground at the foot of Mount Komagatake in the Central Alps.
This product is created by Honbo sake brewery's technology and beautiful nature, and is characterized by a soft texture and rich flavor.
[The taste of sake coffee]
Brazilian coffee is medium roasted and has a soft taste.
First, the unique aroma of Brazilian coffee fills the air.
The aroma and richness of "TWIN ALPS" overlap here. It has a woody aroma with a hint of oak and tangy citrus acidity.
