Days Coffee Roaster COLOMBIA MILAN APPLE CIDER

Sale price HK$280.00

In June of this year, during our visit to Colombia, one of the coffee beans we purchased was:

Colombian Milan Farm Cider Flavor

These coffee beans are made using the "Culturing Process".
The process uses natural yeast, pineapple, and cider as the starting culture medium for fermentation.

Milan Farm invests a great deal of effort to create surprising fruity flavors every time.

The moment coffee beans are ground, they release a sweet and juicy aroma, like that of ripe peaches.
After brewing, the aroma and taste present a round, mellow sweetness similar to peach and loquat.

As the temperature drops, the aroma also develops sweet nutty notes of apple and smooth macadamia.
You can fully experience the different levels of temperature.

Furthermore, these coffee beans are currently only sold at this store in Japan.
This refers to "coffee beans limited to all of Japan".

We cordially invite our guests to savor this unique and amazing coffee.

About Days Coffee Roaster

Days Coffee Roaster, located in Meike-no-Kami in Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Japan, is a family-run roastery beloved by locals and specialty coffee enthusiasts. Owner Mr. Shirai worked in coffee shops since high school, honing his skills for many years before establishing his brand in his hometown, hoping to connect people and share passion and stories through a cup of coffee.

The shop's name, "Days," signifies "daily life," symbolizing how coffee integrates into life and becomes a daily companion. The shop uses a direct flame roaster, which directly heats the beans to bring out their fruity aromas and sweetness. Mr. Shirai pursues transparency and balance in flavor, striving to roast coffee that is both distinctive and smooth, easy to drink.

The shop always carries over twenty single-origin coffee beans, ranging from the fruity aromas of Ethiopia to the robust flavors of Central and South America, all available for tasting. The space is simple and warm, with outdoor seating and parking, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. In addition to selling coffee, Days Coffee Roaster regularly hosts cupping and roasting workshops, promoting coffee culture exchange in Niigata. It received a two-star rating in the Central Japan region from the *TYPICA GUIDE 2024*, showcasing its quality and philosophy. For travelers, this is more than just a coffee shop; it's a wonderful experience of feeling the warmth of Niigata's people and the spirit of its artisans.
