What is wine coffee?

The brewery is Machida Sake Brewing Co., Ltd., located in Ryugo Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, surrounded by mountains and the sea.

[Alcohol used]
Amami brown sugar shochu [Sato no Hikari] made with black koji rice. The name comes from the wish to "bring dawn to Amami Village."
Black koji is a traditional koji used to make shochu in Ryukyu and southern Kyushu since ancient times. Generally speaking, shochu made with black koji has an aromatic and rich flavor, but this product has a slightly lighter flavor due to vacuum distillation. The taste of brown sugar shochu is rich and refreshing.
