GLITCH Coffee COLOMBIA La Loma XO Rum Barrel Washed
GLITCH COFFEE has been processing a large volume of coffee from the La Loma farm in Colombia and we are pleased to announce the availability of a unique processed coffee from the La Loma farm in Colombia, which GLITCH COFFEE has been dealing with for many years.
This coffee is made using an innovative process called "rum barrel". The cherry harvesting and fermentation process is called Rum Barrel ".
The harvested cherries go through a fermentation process where only the cherries are fermented to stimulate microbial activity, and then rum is added to the cherries for another 8 days. The cherries are then fermented in completely sealed 200-litre plastic tanks for 150 hours, demucilaged and dried for 18 to 20 days. The coffee is then aged for 30 days in oak barrels used by Colombian rum producers for the final aging stage, resulting in a unique coffee with a sweet flavor reminiscent of black wine. Rum, chocolate and grapes.
We hope you'll take this opportunity to try the unique coffee from Rodrigo Sanchez, one of Colombia's leading producers.
