GLITCH Coffee COLOMBIA Tolima El Vergel
We received coffee produced using a new process from the El Vegel farm, which has won the highest award of the Cup of Excellence.
This process involves 84 hours of anaerobic fermentation at low temperature, with special mechanical stirring every 12 hours.
The cherries are then frozen for six hours to remove excess moisture before moving on to the drying process.
During the drying process, we first dry the beans by machine for 6 to 8 hours to prevent over-fermentation.
The cherries are then transferred to elevated drying beds for natural drying for 24 to 32 days.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the pure juicy taste of blueberry and acai berry, as well as the chocolate taste derived from this variety.
