GLITCH COFFEE ETHIOPIA Yirgacheffe Banko Gotiti
A batch of exquisite washed coffees from Yirgacheffe, a renowned coffee-producing region in southern Ethiopia, and the Gedeb region, which has gained significant attention in recent years.
Managed by the Banko Gotiti washing station at an altitude of 2,000–2,200 meters, the coffee cherries are carefully harvested by more than 600 small farmers and then processed under strict control.
The large temperature difference between day and night in this region causes cherries to ripen slowly, accumulating high sugar content and rich flavor components. Local varieties such as Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho are used to fully showcase the characteristics of Ethiopia.
Using a fully washed process, carefully selected ripe cherries undergo delicate fermentation and washing to highlight a clean and bright flavor profile.
The glass bursts with the delicate fruity flavors of apricot and orange, accompanied by a warm, sweet taste reminiscent of brown sugar, resulting in a smooth and balanced overall taste.
A masterpiece that meticulously showcases the classic charm of Yirgacheffe, worthy of careful appreciation.
