Sourced from the lush landscape of Urrao in Antioquia, this coffee highlights the unique properties of the Chiroso variety. This method uses a slightly extended fermentation process to remove the peel and mucilage, allowing the essence of Chiroso to exude extraordinary clarity. Cupping of our sample revealed vibrant, juicy acidity reminiscent of famous pink bourbon.

"Degassing method"
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days.
Our full range of roasting methods can result in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be ready to enjoy it.
