This naturally processed coffee has subtle fermented flavors that perfectly reflect the terroir and unique varieties of Ethiopia's Bensa region. Located in the Sidama Highlands, Bensa stands out among Ethiopia's 30 regions for its high quality coffee. Since 2020, our cooperation with top producers in Bensa ensures a stable supply of high-quality coffee. Kokose captures the traditional essence of its terroir, with aromas of mangosteen, lavender and honeydew melon, epitomizing Bensa's classic coffee flavour.
"Degassing method"
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days.
Our full range of roasting methods can result in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be ready to enjoy it.
