FUGLEN Coffee BENJAMIN PAZ SL28 / HONDURAS

Sale price HK$240.00

A masterpiece from Benjamin Paz, a prominent estate owner from Santa Barbara, Honduras.

SL varieties grown in Kenya are mostly known for their strong and rich flavors; however, this SL28 cultivated by Benjamin exhibits a completely different delicacy and elegance.

After brewing, complex fruit aromas of blackcurrant, orange, and tropical fruits instantly spread across the palate. As the temperature gradually cools, a magnificent herbal floral aroma, reminiscent of roselle, gently emerges. While the flavor profile shares similarities with coffees from Kenya, the subtle differences in flavor intensity and layered details are what make this coffee most interesting. The evolving flavors and layers that emerge as the temperature changes are also part of its charm.

Due to the very limited quantity purchased this time, coffee lovers should not miss out!

The interior decoration in Oslo is 100% Norwegian retro design.

In 2012, Migratory Bird landed in Tokyo and opened its first overseas store in Shibuya.
