GLITCH COLOMBIA Huila Monteblanco - Tropical Washed

Regular price HK$250.00

GLITCH COFFEE has been dealing in a variety of coffee beans from Monteblanco Estate, and now we have unique coffee beans with unique processes.

The current owner of the farm, Rodrigo Sanchez, is the third generation owner of the Monteblanco family. The farm is located in the Huila province of Colombia. His coffee is characterized by a unique taste based on fermentation.

The coffee is infused with pineapple, passion fruit, orange, mango and traditional Colombian brown sugar (called brown sugar), and is fermented with yeast. Enzymes are then extracted from the fruit and fermented with the coffee beans.

From the moment you drink this coffee, your mouth will be filled with the juicy flavors of passion fruit and mango, and the bright impression of navel orange.

About Glitch Coffee & Roasters
A quality coffee shop that exudes a unique light even if it is hidden on the corner of the street.
The main store of GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS is located in Jimbocho, a place with many ancient bookstores and tea shops. In a strong literary atmosphere, it only uses wood and metal decoration to create a simple and simple style, attracting everyone's footsteps. Although the space in the store is not large, and half of the space is occupied by a huge roasting machine, it is precisely because of this that everyone can feel the boss's dedication to coffee roasting.

GLITCH is both a barista and roaster The owner of COFFEE is Mr. Suzuki Kiyokawa, the 2014 AeroPress Japan Champion. In order to maximize the flavor and layers of the fruits in the beans, he not only uses high-quality coffee beans cultivated in reputable farms, but also deliberately breaks the Japanese deep-fried tradition. Traditionally, it insists on focusing on shallow frying based on exclusive research, striving to let everyone taste the delicate and unique coffee taste, and then settle down and enjoy coffee time in the literary and artistic atmosphere.
