"Culturing" is a fermentation process that transforms products into new products by using a starter culture (an environment full of specific bacteria) for fermentation. The starter culture is yeast obtained from fermented fruits (mainly pineapples). When fermenting coffee fruits, the type, amount and time of fermentation are adjusted to achieve the desired flavor.
The unique flavors such as bubble gum, grape, and aloe derived from the process allow you to feel the painstaking efforts of the maker through this cup.
