LiLo Coffee Roasters BRAZIL Fazenda Baú Tomio Fukuda Natural
◉About the origin|Bau Farm
Fazenda Bau (Bau Farm) is located in the Cerrado district of Minas Gerais state, at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters, one of the highest altitudes in Brazil. The region's Cerrado region has particularly distinct wet and dry seasons, making it a suitable climate for coffee growing.
At Tomio Fukuda’s farm, yellow bourbon cherries are carefully picked and dried in the sun on the terrace. The pulp is then removed, threshed and carefully selected to create bourbon, naturally sun-dried. Futian Tomio Bourbon Coffee combines the taste of traditional Brazilian natural coffee with the characteristics of local bourbon varieties. It is characterized by rich sweetness, refreshing acidity, and mellow richness.
◉About the producer| Mr. Tomio Fukuda
The owner of Bau Farm, Mr. Tomio Fukuda, is a second-generation Japanese who has worked in Japan, so he is keen on training employees. We work hard to create a beautiful farm using 5S (Sorting, Sorting, Cleaning, Cleaning, Discipline) as our guideline.
Mr. Tomio often visits the farm in person to understand the condition of the trees and perform maintenance and management.
In addition, we carry out the entire process from planting to harvesting to selection to drying to sorting to packaging for export, providing high-quality coffee that shows the face of the producer.
