This is our annual highlight release – rare Geisha coffee from the Acacia Hills Coffee Estate in Tanzania, with extremely limited global availability.

Nestled in the Acacia Hills of the Ngorongoro Highlands, Geisha grapes exhibit a unique terroir. The combination of Africa's distinctive landscape and this delicate variety creates a flavor experience akin to stepping into another world.

This batch undergoes a strictly controlled washing process, followed by 12 to 13 hours of fermentation, and then 13 to 16 days of slow drying. This meticulous processing preserves the clarity of the flavor while showcasing a harmonious balance between varietal characteristics and regional flavors.

In terms of flavor profile, the glass reveals Geisha's classic jasmine aroma, accompanied by Tanzanian orange acidity. It boasts rich layers, subtly hinting at Assam black tea, and a delicate, elegant finish reminiscent of white rum.

This is a rare Geisha piece—a work that achieves a perfect balance between African terroir and meticulous craftsmanship, and a representative work that Lonich proudly presents every year.
