Wine coffee is "wine-flavored coffee beans" made by soaking green coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the flavor of alcohol to the green beans, and then roasting them.

The sake brewery is the only brewery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture [Kentoku Brewery].
We have been developing our farm* and opening a vineyard since 2014, and in 2019 we harvested our first grapes and consigned [Kanagawa wine] to the Yokohama winery. In January 2023, we obtained a fruit wine production license and can make our own wine. 【What we pursue is "the taste of Sagamihara".

Muscat Bailey A "Blanc" is an in-house brewed wine made from fresh Muscat Berry A and Koshu grapes before they mature into red.
The grapes used as raw materials are 100% Chardonnay grapes originating from Sagami. [Such results are possible only when Kentoku Brewery pursues "the taste of Sagamihara", so even people who are new to wine can enjoy this product. To the delicious and refreshing comfort of wine.
