[What is wine coffee]
Wine coffee is "wine-flavored coffee beans" made by soaking green coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the flavor of alcohol to the green beans, and then roasting them.

[about brewery]
The sake brewery is the only brewery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture [Kentoku Brewery].
We have been developing our farm* and opening a vineyard since 2014, and in 2019 we harvested our first grapes and consigned [Kanagawa wine] to the Yokohama winery. In January 2023, we obtained a fruit wine production license and can make our own wine. 【What we pursue is "the taste of Sagamihara".

[Wine used]
Red wine [MEGUMI] produced using 100% Sagami native grapes grown on our own farm.
Generally speaking, environments with little rainfall and large temperature differences are considered suitable for winemaking. Although some people think that Kanagawa Prefecture is not suitable for grape growing, Kentoku Winery spends time and effort cultivating grapes and focusing on selected varieties to create wines unique to Sagamihara. The wines produced are renowned in the industry.

[The taste of wine and coffee]
The coffee has a soft taste, with the berry-like sweetness of the red wine and the pleasant astringency of the tannins firmly integrated.
Discreet and refreshing acidity* Refreshing drinking [MEGUMI] with a refreshing finish.
