This Caturra anaerobic natural coffee is fermented in a sealed environment from fully ripe cherries, using local yeast to extract the fruity aroma, and then carefully sun-dried. It perfectly displays the harmony of sweetness, body and aroma.

Rich cherry flavors, tropical pineapple acidity, and a smooth chocolate finish with no bitterness. This is a natural masterpiece with rich flavors, a clear taste, and easy drinking.

All the coffee beans we sell and blend have a SCAA rating of 80 or above, which is the same quality level of specialty coffee beans, accounting for only 5% of the total coffee beans produced and distributed globally.

It involves quality control of farm areas, producers, countries of origin, growing methods, harvesting, production processing, distribution routes, sorting and all parties involved in creating a specialty coffee supply chain.

We source the highest quality, carefully selected coffee beans and roast them in small batches in-store in a Nordic style to extract the fresh, authentic and fruity aroma of the beans and maximize sweetness.
