THE COFFEESHOP M3 ORIGINAL BLEND
── Groundbreaking International Collaboration · First Exclusive Overseas Blend
This is not just a bag of coffee beans; it's a meticulously crafted masterpiece that took over half a year to perfect. Personally overseen by the owner of Tokyo's popular specialty coffee shop THE COFFEESHOP, and developed through countless rounds of testing and adjustments, this blend is exclusively designed for M3 coffee enthusiasts. Based on a Dark Roast, it showcases a charming flavor profile with a rich, lingering sweetness that doesn't lose its delicate fruity notes, perfectly breaking the stereotype that dark roasts are only "bitter."
Artisan Golden Ratio (4 : 3 : 3)
Tokyo's owner, Daichi Hagiwara, boldly broke conventions by centering the blend around natural-processed beans rich in floral and fruity aromas, precisely creating a perfectly balanced golden ratio:
- 40% Ethiopia (Natural) ── Infuses a soulful fruity aroma and bright layers.
- 30% Brazil (Natural) ── Brings a steady nutty and warm caramel undertone.
- 30% Honduras (Washed) ── Enhances overall cleanliness and silky mouthfeel.
Flavor Notes
- Top Notes (Initial Flavor): A comforting aroma of blueberry chocolate cake.
- Middle Notes (Core Layers): Full-bodied sweetness of dark dried fruits and ripe berry jam, subtly revealing captivating wine-like notes and warm caramel.
-
Finish and Mouthfeel: Extremely silky mouthfeel, almost full sweetness. Gentle and subtle acidity, with an elegant bittersweet chocolate aftertaste.
The acidity of this coffee has been meticulously adjusted to be very gentle and non-irritating.
