townsfolk coffee COSTA RICA Don Joel - Geisha
The sweet citrus brings a pleasant tartness and a smooth texture.
When the temperature drops slightly, it emits a fragrance reminiscent of white tea.
This is precisely the elegant flavor unique to the Geisha variety.
This coffee is produced by Don Joel Micromill in the West Valley region of Costa Rica.
Since visiting them in person three years ago when we went there to purchase their work, we have continued to import their pieces every year.
Although it is a family-run business and not large in scale, they not only grow Geisha, but also actively cultivate diverse varieties such as Típica selection and Kenya, and continuously research innovative processing methods such as "Reposado Honey (mature honey processing)," making them a dynamic and enthusiastic producer.
This batch of Geisha is made with Yellow Honey .
The quality has been consistently high in local cupping tests every year, which is enough to demonstrate its excellent production management level.
