Although it is just a small front garden, the sunlight pours in, the rain nourishes it, the wind blows through it, and the seasons change. When observing these events, it feels as if no two days are the same. They also put a lot of care into brewing coffee, while appreciating the daily changes.
Their goal is to roast coffee that has a three-dimensional quality, with a rich sweet and sour flavor, and a long aftertaste. They locally source and select green beans, roast them to bring out their individuality, and use extraction techniques to create a cup of coffee.
