Apollon's Gold ETHIOPIA Aricha
This is our first batch of Aricha coffee beans, sourced by our sourcing partner QIMA UK Coffee. This rare batch of Red Honey processed beans is extremely uniform in quality (our new AI sorter only rejected 2% of defects!), which is rare for regional selection beans from Ethiopia.
The uniqueness of this coffee lies in its red honey processing process, which is carefully designed to effectively dilute the "fermentation/sun-dried flavor" and maximize the terroir characteristics: the characteristics of the local varieties are surprisingly maximized.
Upon entering the mouth, you will experience a refreshing lemon juice flavor, followed by a juicy plum aroma, and finally a rich lavender finish.
Degassing method
We recommend degassing your coffee for a minimum of 35 days and a maximum of 70 days.
Our all-around roasting method results in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious flavor.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffee before it is fully degassed.
