Apollon's Gold ETHIOPIA Gargari Gutity
Originating from the famous Gagari washing station in the Ethiopian village of Banke, Guditi embodies the unique style of the famous Yirgacheffe terroir. This particular batch features the 74110 variety, known for its tiny, round berries.
Unlike other heirloom varieties, Gutiti's natural processing exhibits unique characteristics, with underlying spiciness that evolves into crisp green flavors like guava and melon, as well as tropical and floral notes like lavender. Enjoy a clean cup of coffee filled with aromas of juicy peach and delicate jasmine – a unique representation of the Yirgacheffe terroir.
"Degassing method"
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days.
Our full range of roasting methods can result in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be ready to enjoy it.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze your coffee before it is fully degassed.
