Although Tanzanian coffee has strong acidity and a light taste, it still exhibits a uniquely rich and smooth taste. The plot is very small, dense and hard, which may have contributed to its unique structure. The refreshing grapefruit flavor is accompanied by the aroma of eucalyptus, with a finish and texture like fruit skin. Very unique to what you would expect from the breed.
"Degassing method"
We recommend degassing coffee for at least 35 days and up to 70 days.
Our full range of roasting methods can result in unusually long degassing times, but trust us, once your coffee is properly degassed, you'll be ready to enjoy it.
