This coffee boasts the unique fruity aroma and rich sweetness of Ethiopian natural coffee, along with the complex flavor and full-bodied taste gained through processing, resulting in a rich and smooth taste. After brewing it into espresso and adding milk, it tastes like licking caramel. It also pairs beautifully with desserts.
The palate is complex, with aromas of berries, orange and fig, and a rich, sweet finish with a milk chocolate-like sweetness.
