GLITCH COFFEE COSTA RICA Tarraz Hacienda Copey "Villalobos"
Two-time Costa Rica International Coffee Competition winner Hacienda Copey has launched a new coffee.
The soil on the farm is fertile volcanic soil, rich in minerals, well-drained, moderate in water retention, and acidic, giving the coffee a rich and complex flavor. In addition, we are also actively involved in environmental protection and local community development. We focus on permaculture practices and worker welfare, and are committed to high-quality coffee production and social responsibility.
This batch is of the rare variety Villalobos, and the purification method is anaerobic solarization.
Villalobos is Costa Rica's iconic variety, characterized by strong disease resistance and high yields. Cultivated in many regions of Central and South America, this variety is particularly valued for its balanced acidity as well as its sweet and fruity flavor.
This coffee has the depth of chocolate and fruity nuances of blackcurrant, with the sweetness of molasses adding a rich taste. Please enjoy the smooth texture and long-lasting aftertaste.
