GLITCH COFFEE KENYA Gachatha AA
The coffee beans we received this time were produced at a washing station called Gathatha Factory located in the center of Kenya's Nyeri District at an altitude of 1800-2100m. They were brought from nearby small producers.
The station was established in 1963 and every effort has been made to minimize its impact on the environment. We also perform activities that do not impact ecosystems, such as filtering and treating used water to prevent contaminants from flowing into local waterways, which are the source of drinking water.
Processed and washed. On the same day, they are transported to the wet mill, and in order to maintain high quality levels, only fully heated cherries are sorted by hand, pulped, and subjected to traditional natural fermentation to remove mucilage, soaked, and then carefully dried. You can dry them on African beds. sun. Proper production and processing can produce the juicy, bright, acidic coffee unique to the Nyeri region.
Enjoy a cup of coffee with refreshing orange flavor from the process and a bright citrus-like finish.
