We are delighted to announce the long-awaited addition of Rwanda coffee to our product line-up.
Fully operational since 2013, the Simbi Cleaning Station consistently produces high-quality coffee by setting detailed quality standards for every stage of processing, maximizing the flavors of the terroir and delivering the Cup of Excellence (COE) achieved remarkable success.
This batch undergoes anaerobic fermentation, which controls the fermentation process, resulting in a rich blueberry flavor with additional notes of raisin and blood orange.
This coffee is perfect for the hot season ahead!
