"Da Terra" means "from the earth" in Portuguese, and this year marks the farm's 30th anniversary, and the farm continues to cherish the blessings of Mother Earth.
This batch of Arara #9 uses the conching method, which uses dark red cherries to thicken them during the drying process.
The Arara variety is a natural cross between the Catuai and Obatan varieties and takes about two months longer to mature than the other varieties.
